Yoga Blankets

Yoga Straps

Yoga straps are used to assist a person in maintaining a pose for longer. They can also be used to help when stretching, this is an example of a yoga strap:

Yoga Ball

A yoga ball is very similar to the usual gym balls that you will have seen before. They are often used by people at home who might participate in their own personal exercise program. The yoga ball can be difficult at first to master, as I’m sure you may agree having maybe tried the gym ball for stretches and exercising. However, once you get the hang of them, they can be a very useful accessory to have.

The items above are merely the ones I think are most important to get you started. I will, of course, carry out a detailed review of each product and more in future posts.
